What is it with the sudden interest in “Southern Style Chicken Sandwiches?” Chick-fil-A has had this great sandwich for some time. Great chicken with pickles on a warm bun, simple and delicious. Now McDonalds has one as well as KFC. It seems that Chick-fil-A may be attracting the attention of bigger competitiors.

Chick-fil-A opens new restaurant in Winchester. The new 4227-square-foot restaurant seats more than 134 and will create approximately 55 new jobs, the company said. According to the company, a one-year supply of free Chick-fil-A Meals will be awarded to each of the first 100 adults at the new stand-alone restaurant. Chuck Guffee has been selected to operate the new Chick-fil-A in Winchester.
